For molds that stay at CREA’ factory, we need to know,

1. Raw material of each components.
2. Estimated year volume for each components, so we can define the cavitations of the mold.
3. Part data that need quote, if 3D and 2D data available is the best. If not, picture with dimension is also ok.
4. What kind of surface requirement is for each components. For example, texture or polish, interior functional part or exterior nice looking part.

 

For molds that will be shipped to your factory or third party’s factory, we need to know

1. Your tool build standard if available.
2. Cavitations of each mold for what components.
3. Required steel of the mold
4. Part data that need quote, if 3D and 2D data available is the best. If not, picture with dimension is also ok.
5. What kind of surface requirement is for each components. For example, texture or polish, interior functional part or exterior nice looking part.
