When PO issued, the project engineer is the leader and coordinator for the whole process. The project engineer organize the P.O audit, part structure audit, mold design audit, timelines schedule established, supervise process procedure, to make sure the whole process is being fulfilled to satisfaction quality. The project engineer also communicate with customer for the commercial, technical discussion, project management. So we have the key person to control the whole process, to delivery the highest quality molds to meet and exceed our customer’s expectation.
