Tool build & QC control
Tool manufacturing need good machine and good management to assure the manufacturing accuracy.
We have high speed CNC machine, EDM,W-EDM machine, deep hole drilling machine in house to assure the quality and timing at the same time.
In process quality control is very important, we have QC group to supervise every process during manufacturing, to make sure we get the best quality of parts.
QC control includes but not limited to
- in coming material inspection with caliper, hardness machine, micrometer
- using CMM machine to inspect the dimension from each process and visual checking for the appearance.
- Water lines, electric, oil, gas inspect during mold assemble
- Mold trial out with full dimension report, video, injection parameters, very details report cover gate, parting line, surface, ejection status. So it will shows just like our customer are on site for the mold trial out. We acting as mold builder, and also acting as our customer benefit as well.
- Mold running with resin with 2000 times before shipment, make sure mold are in production status when customer receive them. After that, disassemble and inspect before shipment.
Timing is also very important, so we keep close communication with our customer for the timing control, by sending the weekly progress report to our customer.
